CDM flowsheets

Flowsheets are custom reports that can include any information from a patient’s chart, such as lab values, patient vitals, medication histories, test reports, immunizations, and just about anything else that is searchable. Flowsheets help you to see at a glance the key elements that are part of chronic disease management (CDM) or preventive care.

You can customize a flowsheet for an individual patient, or create a global flowsheet that is accessible for all patients. See Configuring flowsheets.

To open a flowsheet, in the patient's chart, right-click and choose View Flowsheet and select the flowsheet from the list.
