Unable to receive new documents/scans/faxes?
In the Documents module of Wolf EMR, you receive new incoming documents, faxes, and scans into an UnlinkedDocuments folder, which you then link to patient charts.
In the background, this UnlinkedDocuments folder is mapped to an S: drive on your local computer or on your office's computer network. When you refresh your documents in the Wolf EMR Documents module (Options > Refresh or press F5 on your keyboard), new documents automatically move to this UnlinkedDocuments folder from you local computer or network's S: drive.
If you are unable to receive new documents, faxes, or scans when you refresh your Documents module, this S: drive may have disconnected or may be missing.
