Configuring multiple vitals entry

You can customize the items that appear in the Posture, Location, and Exertion lists when you enter multiple vitals at once (see Entering multiple vitals). Each entry must be unique.

Steps

1.

From the main toolbar, choose Configuration > View > Patient Data Codes > Vitals > Multiple Vitals Maintenance. The Multiple Vitals Maintenance window opens.

2.

Choose Exertion, Location, or Posture in the left column.

3.

To add a new choice, click New and type the value.

4.

To edit a choice, click the value in the second column and type a new value.

5.

When you are done, click Save and Close.
