Changing your Wolf EMR data centre (remote desktop) password

If this is your first time accessing the Wolf EMR Data Centre (via a remote desktop) and you are using a temporary password, you should change your remote desktop password immediately. You are prompted to change your password regularly. How often you are required to change your password depends on current provincial guidelines, and on custom settings programmed by your system administrator.

If your password is compromised, you can manually change your remote desktop password at any time.

Your password must:

Be at least 8 characters in length

Contain at least one number

Contain at least one upper case letter

Not contain special characters such as #, *, or _

Important: If you reset your Wolf EMR data centre password while connected using a SMART card, you must log off and clear your card after you change your data centre password. See Clearing your credentials from a SMART card using the TELUS Wolf EMR Launcher.
