Location of SMART form templates
SMART forms are stored in a folder within your Wolf EMR remote desktop. Typically, the documents are stored win the W:/Wolfdata/Templates folder. However your clinic may have documents stored elsewhere.
Locating your SMART form templates folder
| 1. | In the WorkDesk, from the Configure menu, choose Configure WorkDesk. |
| 2. | In the WorkDesk User Preferences window, select the Document Templates and Drawings Folders tab |
| 3. | The Document Templates Folder section displays the folder where your SMART form documents are stored. Note that the clinic documents may be stored in a different folder than your user-defined SMART forms. |
