Viewing your schedule (providers)
On the WorkDesk, you can view and add your appointments for a day.
Steps

1.

In the WorkDesk, click the Appointments tab. |

2.
|
To jump forward or back one day at a time, click Forward or Back on either side of Today. |
|
3.
|
To navigate back to today, click Today. |
|
4.
|
To view your list of appointments for a specific date, click , and then on the calender, double-click the date. |
|
5.
|
To include the appointment schedule of a provider you are covering for, select the Sign Out check box. |
|
6.
|
To refresh the list to reflect any new or cancelled appointments, click Refresh or press F5. |

7.

To add a new appointment, click . |
