Viewing your schedule (providers)

On the WorkDesk, you can view and add your appointments for a day.

Steps

1. In the WorkDesk, click the Appointments tab.

2. To jump forward or back one day at a time, click Forward or Back on either side of Today.
3. To navigate back to today, click Today.
4. To view your list of appointments for a specific date, click , and then on the calender, double-click the date.
5. To include the appointment schedule of a provider you are covering for, select the Sign Out check box.
6. To refresh the list to reflect any new or cancelled appointments, click Refresh or press F5.
7. To add a new appointment, click .
