Medical summary toolbar
The medical summary toolbar is located below the notification bar in the patient banner.
You can click any icon in the medical summary toolbar bar to open the related area in the EMR and perform a specific action. For example, you can click the Print Chart icon to open the Wolf Clinical Records window, where you can choose clinical documents to print.
The following table describes the icons on the medical summary toolbar.

Print Chart Opens the Wolf Clinical Records window, where you can choose to print various parts of the medical record. |

Custom Report Opens a Custom Report Form, where you can print Visits, Prescriptions, and Referrals and title the report. |

Request Chart Opens a Chart Request window, with your name populated in the MD Requesting Chart field. The chart request appears as an item in the Clinical Queues area on your front end staff’s WorkDesk as a chart to pull. |

Change Log Opens the Change Log window, where you can review all change activity that occurred in this patient's medical summary |

Pending Rx (only when using the new prescriber) When a patient has prescriptions that are pending within a provider's queue, opens the prescriptions pending review so that providers can take appropriate action. |
